We are seeking a Construction Accounting Specialist.
Initial responsibilities will be managing and entering government payroll and accounts payable while our AP/Payroll Clerk is out on maternity leave.
This includes managing the general ledger and conducting account reconciliations.
Longer term, we're hoping for a candidate capable of a transition to oversee contracts and A/R as well as preparing quarterlies for our CPA.
As a small business, we need a candidate capable of learning and performing all aspects of our internal accounting.
Salary commensurate with experience.
